Stein is Associate Editor

Dr. Gabriela Stein, Associate Professor of Clinical Psychology and Director of the CAMINOs Lab, has been appointed Associate Editor of the Journal of Research on Adolescence.  

Vrshek-Schallhorn selected as Consulting Editor

Dr. Suzanne Vrshek-Schallhorn, Assistant Professor in the Clinical Psychology program, will serve as Consulting Editor for the academic journal Abnormal Psychology. Her term begins in January, 2018.

Marcovitch appointed Editor-in-Chief of Cognitive Development

Dr. Stuart Marcovitch will  serve as the incoming Editor-in-Chief of the academic Journal Cognitive Development, which is the flagship journal of the Jean Piaget Society. He will begin a three-year term in this position in November.

Stein is Minority Access National Role Model

Dr. Gabriela Livas Stein has been recognized as a Minority Access National Role Model. This award honors her “exemplary achievements in fields underrepresented by minorities and in advancing underrepresented population groups.” She will receive this award at the upcoming National Role Models Conference in Washington, DC, in October, 2017.
