Two psychology faculty, Dr. Julie Mendez and Dr. Jeni Pathman, will speak at a day-long conference on Developmental Perspectives on Learning from Birth to College, which will be held on Friday, November 21 in the Elliott University center at UNCG from 8am-5pm.
The conference is hosted by the Child and Family Research (CFRN) Network and the Research and Instruction in Stem Education (RISE) Network. It will feature a Keynote Address on “Learning in the 21st Century” by Dr. Oscar Barbarin, the Lila L. and Douglas J. Hertz Endowed Chair of Psychology at Tulane University.
