The Department of Psychology is pleased to announce the Harriet Elliott Lecture Series for 2015/2016. This is a major annual event in the College of Arts and Sciences at UNCG and it is open to the university community and the public.
This year’s theme is “The Science of Creativity and the Arts.” Three distinguished scientists will give talks on campus and interface with undergraduates, graduate students, and faculty during their visits.
The first and Keynote talk will take place on March 3 at 7 pm in the Elliott University Center Auditorium. Dr. Keith Sawyer, an endowed professor at UNC Chapel Hill and a popular author, will speak on “The Surprising Path to Greater Creativity.”
