How to Pay

Payment is due at the time of service.

For psychological assessments, 50% of the total fee is due at the first session. The remainder of the balance must be paid before the final feedback session.

The clinic accepts payments by credit/debit card including via ApplePay/GooglePay, personal checks, or cash (if provided in exact amount; clinic does not have cash available to provide change).

To pay for a session, please use one of the following options:

1. Visit the clinic to make a payment during business hours.
2. Call the clinic to provide your credit or debit card number by phone. Front desk: (336) 334-5662; Billing Coordinator: (336) 334-5665.
3. Mail a check to the UNCG Psychology Clinic. Please write it to the UNCG Psychology Clinic and mail it to our address (1100 W Market St., Greensboro, NC 27403). Make sure your/the client’s name is on the check or in a note.
