Maura Bourne (BA, 2019), undergraduate alumna and psychology major, was featured in the Undergraduate Research, Scholarship, and Creativity Office Research Blog. Maura was awarded an Undergraduate Research and Creativity Award to support her research under the direction of Dr. Susan Keane. Her project investigated the relation between sensation seeking, risk-taking behavior, and mother-adolescent conflict. In the interview, Maura discussed the myriad benefits of getting involved in one-on-one research opportunities in the labs of faculty members.
