Psychology major Amanda Baeten has been selected to present her research at the 20th Annual “Posters on the Hill” event in Washington, DC in April, 2016. Amanda was one of only 60 undergraduates chosen across the country to participate in this event. She will present her research on “How Rumination Affects Emotions”, which was conducted under the supervision of Dr. Blair Wisco.
The event is sponsored by the Council for Undergraduate Research and it aims to highlight the importance of undergraduate research to U.S. Congress so as to encourage continued federal funding support. Participants will have the opportunity to interface directly with Staff and Members of Congress during the event.
